When selecting an item to purchase, click on “Add to Cart” of the item you wish to order and it will be placed in the shopping cart. You may view and revise your shopping cart. Once you choose to make a purchase, your order will be handled on a secure server and your personal data will be encrypted. Research Press does not retain any credit card or PayPal information. Payment Information
All orders must include payment information. We accept organizational purchase orders (terms are Net 30 days in the US and Net 45 days in Canada). Online purchase orders must be confirmed by faxing the purchase order to 217.352.1221 or emailing the purchase order to orders@researchpress.com. We also accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus, or American Express). When using a credit card, please provide credit card number, expiration date, security code, name on card, billing address and phone number. Note that the name on the credit card and the billing address for the card must be an exact match.
Our website offers PayPal as a form of payment.
Shipping and Handling
US orders are shipped by various carriers including UPS, DHL, FEDEX and USPS. Most CONUS orders are shipped UPS ground service. However, all orders including to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped the most cost efficient way and will vary in delivery times. Note: If a PO Box in CONUS is used for your shipping address, your order will ship USPS and may be delayed in arriving. If a shipping quote is required or if you need expedited service, please call 800.519.2707 during business hours M-F or email us at orders@researchpress.com.

Canadian Shipping Charges
Add 24% for shipping and handling ($35.00 minimum). NOTE: The receiving party will be responsible for payment of all additional fees, including charges that may be associated with tariffs.
Canadian orders will be shipped at the most economical rate. Delivery times may vary.
