Sheldon Braaten, Ph.D., founder and Executive Director of the Behavioral Institute for Children and Adolescents, is the Meeks Distinguished Professor of Special Education at Ball State University. He is the author of numerous publications on program design and development, assessment, intervention planning, policy development, and educational reform issues. Dr. Braaten is a frequent speaker at professional conferences and conducts workshops throughout the United States and Canada.
