Bryce Alvord
Bryce Alvord is a recording artist, music producer, and actor living in New York City. He has performed across the United States and abroad and written and produced for multiple artists in the pop, hip-hop, and rock world. Bryce is also a Red Belt in Kung Fu and has experience in Muay Thai and jiu-jitsu, practices that introduced him to the benefits of progressive relaxation and meditative breathing. Bryce is coauthor of Relaxation and Self-Regulation for Children and Teens: Mastering the Mind-Body Connection and Relaxation and Wellness: Mastering the Mind-Body Connection. Currently, Bryce performs in New York City in music and improvisational comedy. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland at College Park.
