This game contains 75 cards (2 ¼" x 3 ¼") divided into five modules of assessments and activities to help participants learn more about themselves and their self-esteem. The cards address a wide variety of topics including general self-esteem, decision-making, personal responsibility, self and body image, and values motivation. Each topic is covered by a mini-deck of 15 cards. An instruction sheet offers suggestions for additional activities. The cards can also be used in conjunction with The Self-Esteem Program (see below). |
